Hoa Son inter-sectoral forest rangers successfully stopped the motorbike with the number plate 73N5-4306, driven by Dinh Van Tuy, was born in 1988, living in Tang Hoa hamlet, Hoa Son commune, Minh Hoa district and detected two dead individual of wild animals concealed in a white sack with 15kg.

According to initial identification of Hoa Son inter-sectoral forest rangers, both individuals are Hatinh langur (Trachypithecus hatinhensis), which are endangered, rare and precious wildlife species of group IB as stipulated in the Government’s Decree No.160/2013/NĐ-CP dated on November 12^th 2013. He can not produce documents proving the legal origin of these two animals so inter-sectoral forest rangers have subsequently made the minutes, seized the mean, the evidence and transferred all to Minh Hoa district’s FPD for further investigation in accordance with current legal regulations./.
